Believing that corporate development stems from individual development, Tufekci Machinery defines both individual and corporate goals for every employee in line with the company’s strategies, in order to enhance the content and capacity of its Corporate Objectives. Once goals are cascaded from top management downwards, the objectives set by employees are evaluated in a final meeting between managers and employees, and corrective measures are taken if necessary. At the beginning of each year, our employees determine their goals together with their managers, and progress towards these goals is monitored throughout the year.

The manager and the employee jointly track performance in line with these objectives.

At the end of the year, both performance and personal development are taken into account in evaluations.
