Job evaluations are carried out independently of the individual or job title, focusing instead on the job’s content, its contribution to company goals, and the level of responsibility undertaken.

Following the evaluation of each position, salary policies are determined according to job levels, while also considering local market salary research to ensure a fair and competitive compensation policy. Our compensation policies vary depending on existing pay structures, market dynamics, competition, and the company’s financial capacity.
