1912 - It started with a little workplace that the late Tufekci Yusuf Yildirimdemir- the grandfather of our CEO Metin Yildirim - had opened to repair various mansions.

1924 - It continued with the firearm and ammunition workshop that Tufekci Yusuf had opened with his experiences from the Liberty War and Gaziantep siege, and by extremely limited means.

1933 - With the improvements in the condition and social life of the country, the firearm and ammunition workshop had now started to produce and repair a variety of tools and machines in line with that day's technology.

1959 - And a year for an invention that belongs to us. With his experience and education that he acquired from his late father Tufekci Yusuf Yildirimdemir and M.Rustu Uzel Technical School, late Mustafa Yildirimdemir who is the father of our chairman Metin Yildirimdemir invented the 'Nut Cracking Machine' for Pistachio Nut, the most important agricultural and economic resource of the region.

This invention meant an important milestone for our region and country that had realized the importance of mechanization, and lead to the start of the cracking the pistachio with machine rather than by hand. A new machine that is more efficient than this machine hasn't been produced yet.

1967 - Besides producing invented machines, the late Mustafa Yildirimdemir had produced and applied the "Rotary Kiln Chimney Fans" with large scale and capacity, which couldn't be produced before due to difficult conditions, even though the Republic of Turkey needed Sugar and Cement Plants, and had to be imported.

Thus, the foundation of Fan Systems, which were applied successfully by Tufekci Makine, were laid.

1976 - In these years, modular air conditioning systems had begun to be produced and the project- based productions required for the development of the country's industry had started to be implemented.

1986 - Our CEO Metin YILDIRIMDEMIR aimed to undertake enterprises that would remediate the lackings of the country's industry and after completing his education in Middle East Technical University (METU) as a Mechanical Engineer, he had established his first enterprise, the PLASTMAK Limited Company to follow the path that his love of production from his childhood and his ancestors had created for him.

1993 - With the developing electronics sector, the first Inverter Pump was put into use.

1994 - Parallel to the development of textile machines, with the development of the waste collection systems of Carding Machines Fragmented Waste Collection System into Continuous Waste Collection System, Carding Front Filtering Plant with Continuous Waste Collection System - which started to be a necessity for carding machines - had been applied successfully in Gaziantep by PLASTMAK Limited Company in Turkish Textile sector for the first time.

1996 - In this year, Metin YILDIRIMDEMIR had established the Tufekci Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi- which had the name of his grandfather (Tufekci Yusuf) and was mentioned as the backbone of the country development - to eliminate the foreign dependency of Textile Factories, country's leading sector, regarding Air Conditioning, Dust and Waste Collection Systems.

1998 - Tufekci Makine which followed the technological developments closely, had started works for developing an automation software with the aim of adding Electronic Automation Technology to its system; it was needed for customers to work more efficiently and couldn't be done in Textile sector in Turkey before.

2000 - By following the technological developments, Tufekci Makine added the Electronic Automation Technology to its system, and made contributions to the customers' production capacities by enabling systems to work more consistently and efficiently with the first generation automation software.

2001 - Tufekci Makine San ve Tic. Limited Sirketi which proved itself with the important projects it realized and the works it had done, established the Syria Representative Office in order to serve the developing textile sector in Middle East and Central Asia.

2002- Tufekci Makine San. Ve Tic. Limited Sirketi moved from the address at which it first established - KUSGET Sanayi Site No. 60039 Cadde/Gaziantep, to 2. Organize Sanayi Bolgesi No. 83214 Cadde/Gaziantep and increased its production volume and now continues to work for the air conditioning of Textile Factories outside the country.

2004 - Along with the development of electronics, automation and digital control sectors, together with the 2nd generation automation software, the Air Conditioning with Inverter System, Dust and Waste collection systems were put into use for the first time in the sector.

2005 - In accordance with the development of regional clothing industry, PARBOY Limited Sirketi had been founded under Tufekci company to serve this industry.

2006 - The Electronic Control System was developed for the first time in the sector to save energy in the radial fans of waste collection systems.

2007 - Developed Electronic Control System was successfully implemented in SANKO companies. 2009 - 3rd Generation automation software was activated.

2010 - Parboy Limited Company was decided to be sold and then sold related to developments regarding founding purpose.

2014 - Fourth Generation automation software was activated. It provides values requested or needed by the 4th Generation automation system by way of using smart technology, and enables the control (non-mechanical maintenance and repairs and control) and adjustment of the systems with computer support.

2016 - After graduating from Atilim University from the Faculty of Engineering as an Automotive Engineer, and completing the Certification Program on Business Management in Northeastern University Boston/USA, Seckin Yildirimdemir has started his active mission as the 4th generation.

Tufekci Makine Family Company, which has been going on as a family business since its foundation, has decided to institutionalize and the process has been initiated.

Regarding the institutionalization process, firstly Organizational Climate Analysis (Company Corporate Check-up) was conducted with professional support and according to the results, the action plan started to be carried out. In this regard, investments in the technical infrastructure (Software and Hardware, Physical Conditions of the Company and Factory) and human infrastructure (Human Resources System) have started.

Family Constitution was put on the agenda for the family institutionalization and works for the Family Company institutionalization have begun. In the professionalization process, the "Tufekci Makine Management (Leadership) Development Academy" Professional Training programs for company owners (Corporate and Executive Board) and Top Managers have been completed.

2017 - Our company started to use Integrated Human Resources System pilot scheme. By the year of 2018, it is aimed that the Integrated Human Resources System will be applied with all its applications.

Our company has risen to the status of Joint Stock Company and undertaken the name of “Tufekci Makine San. Ve Tic. A.S".

Board of Directors is made up of Chairman Metin Yildirimdemir, Board Member Sibel Yildirimdemir, Board Member Seckin Yildirimdemir and Board Member Selen Yildirimdemir.

Tufekci Makine continues to add and implement the developments needed by the market with its young and dynamic staff by following the developments in the Textile industry of Turkey and the World closely.

In the next period, our company aims to be closer to all its customers by improving its domestic and international structuring and is making new investment plans regarding the sale of Air Conditioning, Dust and Waste Collection and Auxiliary Products.

Tufekci Makine aims to transform its systems into more efficient and more user-friendly systems with its works in the field of artificial intelligence, and has begun works for the implementation of systems that enable the customers to save on workforce and increase their competitiveness.

Our company has included the systems in its investment plan, that it will develop in order for them to be used fundamentally in the production field, including the Textile Industry and began works on these systems.
